Hi there,

I am sorry you feel that way. We set the trial up so people can try it out, without paying full purchase price from the start. We understand you're human and you may have overlooked the terms, that is why we went ahead and helped you out there. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you out, thanks.

Unless you read the small print, you don't realize that unless you call 17 not 18 days after you think you're getting something for $2.99 they'll continue to send and charge your account every month with more and more shipments. Your bank cannot stop these charges!

I tried, and they say they will refund the entire amount, you fill out the paperwork, but if Peak Life says you authorized the withdrawal, they can take it back.

They DID offer to refund $18 and stop any further shipments, but like I said it's false advertising. In the future, I wouldn't order something like this without my doctor's OK.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.
